In this post I wrote up our best practices for publishing and maintaining LiveCompare apps. One of the recommendations is to always copy the app to a new workspace when working on a new version. This means you are always working on the published version of the app and not some out-of-date copy.
In LiveCompare 3.5, the procedure to follow is this:
As one user at a recent user group meeting put it: if the best practice is to always create a new workspace why not have that as an option behind the 'Copy to Workspace' button?
In LiveCompare 3.6 that's now possible, simplifying the procedure:

The workspace is created and the app is copied to it:
one less step, this is great! in pic1 above, it would be nice to be able to edit the parameters of an app. the pic illustrates 3 parameters that are surfaced on the app. it would be nice to be able to edit the parameters from that screen. maybe someone would like to remove an RFC parameter so that it always defaults to system that was last saved to the workflow before registering it. or maybe someone would like to add/edit a widget, just to name a couple scenarios...
