This workflow provides four HTML reports:
- A distinct list of Roles for each User
- A distinct list of Users for each Role
- An Authorizations cross-reference of Userid -> Role
- An Authorizations cross-reference of Role -> Userid
Some of the possible uses for this workflow are:
- Useful for distributing reports to the appropriate authorities for validation
- When auditing the authorizations assigned to each user in each client/system.
- Documentation.
To run the workflow, provide the following information:
- System1- The RFC for the system to extract the users and roles from
- Specify the list of users to be included or excluded.
The results are the HTML reports described above They can be viewed in the workflow or the URL can be accessed using Internet Explorer anywhere inside the network. Users don’t have to have a login to LiveCompare. You can optionally add functionality to the workflow to email the reports to the appropriate users.
