Hi Experts,

I have a previous workflow which was working until I added a new RFC connection which is an ECC 6.0 type of sap system. After adding the RFC's my workflow did not work anymore. Please help. attached is the screenshot of th error.

Mike - I have seen this error when the LiveCompare transport was not installed in SAP. The best place to check is ST22 in the failing system. There is probably a short dump telling you that an /ICORP/ function module could not be found.

Regards,

Michael Hugen

On checking the ST22 log file we found that it referred to a missing function module /ICORP/RFC_GET_NAMETAB. This function module is installed in transport ICCK900006 from the LiveCompare 2.1 r3inst\700 directory.

You can use this (LiveCompare 2.1) template to check each of your SAP systems for the LiveCompare transports.  In the next release (2.3) we're adding this as a feature of the RFC Destination itself.  There'll be an additional tab that checks the presence and version of the LiveCompare transports.

IF "IDES SA7" refers to the system known as SAP7-SA7 on most of our local LiveCompare installations, then that's a development machine.  It's not a good idea to use that machine for any testing, since it could be changed at any time.  SAP19-R46, SAP15-EC6, and SAP17-EC6 would be better choices.

I wouldn't say I'm testing anything, just running the workflow to get familiar with the new functionality. I couldn't find SAP19 or SAP17 on the demosite, but ran it on SAP15:
