Customer Tour

This week I've been touring US-based customers with IntelliCorp's CEO - Jerry Klajbor.  We started off in Chicago on Sunday night (the first snow for me of 2008) and spent a couple of days in and around Chicago.  Next it was Milwaukee.  I'm told there are two important things in Milwaukee: Harley Davidson and beer.  We saw lots of the first and sampled a little bit of the second.

Jerry was so keen to have a go on a Harley that we went over to the museum to try out their simulator.  You can see how Jerry got on here. The museum features a program for creating your own custom Harley.  It's a very forgiving program as you can see:

It's been an absolute joy to hear the positive things customers have to say about our products.  I won't (can't?) name names but comments like "LiveCompare delivered the fastest ROI of any product we've used" and "we're using it all the time" make the hairs on the back of my neck tingle.  I have high hopes for iShare too.  One customer was asking about how to solve a couple of problems and I was able to point out templates over in the Media area that are already built to do just that.  Several customers have joined iShare as early adopters.  My thanks to them for agreeing to do so.  This forum discussion thread is a great advert for why a strong user community is invaluable.
